Where We Work: McKinney and the Towns Around It

We put in whole-home filters, softeners, reverse osmosis and UV systems for homeowners in McKinney and nearby towns. You get the same visit everywhere: we look at your water and your plumbing, tell you what fits and give you a clear quote.

Our Home Base and the Drive Around It

McKinney is home base, and the bulk of our calls start here. We head over to Allen, Fairview, Lucas and Parker often, and up the road to Melissa, Princeton, Prosper and Celina. Homes in Frisco and Plano are on our route as well.

The work does not change from one town to the next. We check where your water line comes into your home, see how much room there is near it and talk through what you want fixed. Some people want better tasting drinking water. Others are tired of spots on the glass shower door. A water test helps us point you to the right system instead of guessing. If your town is missing from this list, call and tell us where you live. You will get a plain yes or no on whether the drive works for us.

What We Notice Around the Area

  1. 01

    Mostly newer homes, some older

Many houses here went up in the past few decades, and the main line often enters in a garage or utility closet. That tends to leave easy room for a whole-home filter or softener. Older houses may have cramped spaces or worn pipe, so we take a look before quoting and let you know if anything needs fixing first.

  2. 02

    Storm season and boil notices

North Texas sees rough spring storms, hail and the occasional winter freeze. A line break or boil-water notice can clog filters with sediment sooner than usual. We can explain when to swap a cartridge, when to flush a reverse osmosis system and when UV is worth adding as another layer of protection. Calm, plain advice on what to check and when.

  3. 03

    Hot summers

Long summer heat brings more showers, more laundry and more yard watering. An undersized system can let your pressure drop when everyone is using water. We size equipment to your household and your bathroom count, not to a standard box.

  4. 04

    Permits and HOA rules

The equipment goes inside, in a garage or utility closet, so HOA rules rarely come into play. Each city sets its own permit rules, and some installs require one. If yours does, we tell you before scheduling the job, so nothing surprises you on install day.
