Terms and Conditions

Using This Site

This website belongs to Water Filtration McKinney, a water filtration company serving homeowners in McKinney, TX and nearby towns. By reading the pages here, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

The site is simple. It tells you what we do, how we work and how to reach us. There are no accounts and nothing to buy here. When you want to talk, you pick up the phone and call us.

General Information, Not Advice

What you read here about whole-home filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis and UV water treatment is general. Every home's plumbing and water are a little different. A page on this site can't tell you what your home needs. That answer comes after we talk with you and look at your setup.

Quotes and Work Are Settled by Phone

Nothing on this site is an offer, a price or a promise of a certain result. Equipment choices, scheduling and costs are worked out with you directly, on a call and in person.

If we agree on a job, the terms we give you for that job are the ones that count. They take the place of anything general written here.

Our Words and Photos

The text, photos and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, print or share a page for your own use. Please don't copy it for another business or post it as your own.

Limits on What We Can Promise

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but things change. Products get updated and details can fall out of date. We don't promise the site will always be error-free or online.

To the extent Texas law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of talking with us first.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
